Body Awareness & Relaxation for the Spiritual Seeker
- YOGA ~
May 6th, 13th, 20th and June 3rd, 5:30-6:45. Join Cindy Novelo
for a rejuvenating series designed to help you relax and restore body,
mind and spirit. Peacefully deepen and explore your connection to your
physical body, which in turn allows you to deepen your connection to Spirit.
*Suggested donation of $50.00 for the series or $15.00 per class - or

Insight Meditation~
Join Trina Schartz on May 7th and 21st from 6-7
PM. Learn how to discover your soul's enormous potential through the
practice of meditation. Learn to listen to your body and how to demagnetize
your fixations. Open to mindfulness and a path to intuition, insight and
wisdom, and learn how these insights expand our empathy, patience, tolerance
and kindness ~ towards ourselves and other living things.

Lawrence. This talk is an introduction to the work Joey Klein does to
assist you to make changes in your life by making changes within yourself.

amount of energy you carry and become more aware of who you really are

10:30 AM at The Merc, 9th and Iowa. Enjoy discussion about a special
topic each week.

Unity Healing Service ~
Meet us on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in
the UCOL annex to experience this service. The service is an opportunity
to be in the presence of and immersed in loving, supportive life force energy.
There is also an opportunity for distance healing work, for those who are
far away or unable to attend. We invite all interested persons to email
for more information.
